Ability Tax Group LLP serves persons with a disability and their family members across Canada. We are a team of professionals who are compassionate, caring and experienced in working with the disability community.

Our story began years ago as accountants from a regional chartered accounting firm volunteering for a non-profit brain injury organization in Vancouver, BC. Fast forward to today, we now have over 10 years experience in helping people with disabilities and their families navigate through the Income Tax Act to maximize all disability tax credits and benefits, for the past, present, and for the future.

We are proud to have PLAN (Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network) as our official partner, a leading non-profit organization advocating for people with disabilities and the quest to achieve a secure financial future. We recently launched the ‘RDSP Resource Centre’ in October of 2010 to better assist individuals and families in accessing information about the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP). We are proud to have Jack Styan as our Managing Director of the RDSP Resource Centre, whom was the former Director of Public Policy at PLAN and one of the architects of the RDSP.
