We provide personal Tax Return preparation for persons with a disability and their family members/caregivers. As disability tax specialists, our goal is to maximize your disability related credits and benefits. Our Tax Return Checklist helps us identify all deductions and credits you and your family membe and or caregiver may be entitled to. Our tax return service extends to family members in order to maximize tax benefits under the transfer provisions in the Income Tax Act.

We file Tax Returns for our clients all across Canada, so there is no need for you to schedule an appointment. We can take care of everything by mail, email, and toll-free phone-ins.

Don’t forget, in order to receive Registered Disability Savings Plan benefits – like government grants and bonds, it is a requirement that you have your personal tax returns filed up-to-date.

Prior Years’ Return

Our Tax Return service includes the filing of unfiled prior years’ tax returns for persons with a disability and their family members/caregivers. In most cases, we are able to file your unfiled tax returns for any of the past ten years. In some cases, filing previously unfiled tax returns could result in a tax and/or G.S.T. refund to you or supporting family members. In other cases, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) may have requested you to file a tax return for those years that you did not file. Either way, it is always smart to be up-to-date in your tax filings as it can impact your entitlement to benefits such as the Canada Disability Savings Bond and refundable child disability benefits.
