Community Living Ontario (CLO) Launches Inspiring Possibilities Estate Planning Guide

On September 15, 2016, CLO launched the Inspiring Possibilities Estate Planning Guide: A Tax, Benefits, Trusts, and Wills Toolkit for Ontarians with Disabilities. The 112 page digital guide provides valuable information for individuals with a disability and their families on estate and Henson trust planning, the Ontario Disability Supports Program, the disability tax credit, and the registered disability savings plan.

The guide is divided into seven chapters, and is written so it can be either read in its entirety, or by a specific subject matter. The guide will serve as an excellent starting point for families to become more knowledgeable about issues and solutions with respect to disability and future planning.
